“The Trout is perfectly done with perfect firmness and texture. The Vienna snail dish has strong tart taste. The Old Cow is deliciously FUN, the elements are amazing on their own but one final element (I’m not telling, you guys have to try) brings the joy and fun to the whole dish.”
